Training The Wilderness Rescue Team conducts several full-day and multiple-day training sessions every year. Our training schedule for 2008 is provided below. Members must always be prepared to be outside for the day regardless of the weather. Locations of training will be posted as available. MASAR dates for training may not be our normal training weekend. Be aware that some training may be cancelled do to actual calls. All training will take place on the third Saturday of the month unless other dates are indicated above. When doing any technical training, everyone must have all the personnel technical gear from the Technical Training Must Have List or they will not be allowed to train. No exceptions! The Wilderness Rescue Team maintains a library to assist in the training of it's members. Team members can check out library materials for a period of 60 days by contacting the team librarian. A list of library materials is provided below.
