| Overnight Training May 2008 |
In May of 2008 theWilderness Rescue Team trained on overnight operations in Eustis Maine. Training included operating and learning the functions of a GPS. Finding 6 different locations using GPS coordinates. Use of map and compass. A mock rescue of an injured hiker in the woods with a litter carryout. And an overnight bivy.
