This protocol specifies how members are to display team uniforms, patches, and other identifying materials. |
| Identifying Item | Instructions for Use |
|---|---|
| WRT Patch | Earned per by-laws and restricted to placement on approved uniform items only, these currently include the team parka and orange vest. |
| WRT Placard | Available to all current members to facilitate vehicle identification to meet search needs. It is designed for use as a visor attachment or dashboard marker. |
| Certification or License Patch | Worn on approved uniform items. Because these are not issued strictly in relation to team operations, they are not subject to further limitations by the team. |
| Baxter Rescue Patch | Requires participation in the team's Baxter winter training and can be worn only on approved uniform item. |
| IFW 25th Patch | Worn on the left breast of the red team fleece jacket. |
| Baxter Volunteer Patch | Awarded by Baxter State Park for rescue duty. Member wears when and where they choose but not on uniform |
| Team Garments | Shirts and Parkas issued to any member (including probationary members by vote of the officers). A Polartec garment will be added soon. |
| Orange Vest | All members are required to wear international orange vests during all field operations and MASAR/IFW training events. The team has vests available but any vest that meets the IFW hunter safety criteria may be used. |
| I.D. Cards | The team uses standardized MASAR I.D. cards which are periodically processed at team meetings or other events. |
